As an American, my geography is terrible, so I just lump all of England together, but I know we have had a couple of regular posters from England on here. I always assumed hat they were in or about London because America.

Gordon, good decision to adjust the plan. The backing off of mileage doesn't have to be written in stone either - you can always bump it back up some later.
Allen, they may have been slower than you wanted, but the miles wre still very consistent and mile repeats at 5k pace are always tough. Between that and the volume, trays a big win of a week as I see it.
Jeff, can't believed you almost heated yourself out of 10k.
