Someone should start Track Investigations.

Apparently, the coach is admitting to it.
It should surprise no one, either, that a quite a lot of "FAT" results are not exactly accurate. It's as easy to fudge FAT times and to enter field results inaccurately as it is to breathe.
What about the college coach who then recruits said kid based on these fake performances? Guess it's why they look at more than just one race before they offer money. Still, this is a bigger issue than just getting into a meet. Sheeeesh!
In the article it said that the coach was only trying to "help his athletes..." how would colleges notice the athletes more from just one meet? how would they have improved drastically, and somehow ALL of them had improved? How about the athletes actually put in hard work and improve honestly rather than a coach having to drag other schools into it.
It also said he'd never coached track or didn't know much about it so he thought it was ok??? HOW IS LYING OK??
Does anyone know if the 2017 invite happened? I mean - aren't there NJ runners on here to weigh in?
None of the meets happened. West Side Coach Greene created the entire scenario and just resigned from the position.

I knew had to be the West Side coach. Probably just used his buddy at the club to set it all up. Seems like this guy has a shady history. Why would schools keep hiring him?!!!
