RIT is trash.
Your monthly reminder.
Feigel peaks at Boilermaker. RIT still trash

He beat Sean Oconnor, who beat Philo this week. Philo has PRs of 4:01 and 13:50. Feigel now undisputedly the favorite to win the AR.
It's also early July. He could peak in the end of September. I think he could finish in the Top 10 in the AR but calling him a winner is a bit far-fetched.
Why do we keep talking about him beating Philo? The kid just came off qualifying for D1 nationals in the 5k, you really think he has been training and that all of a sudden O’Connor and Feigel are better than him? Lol
Official "RIT is trash" counter (not counting this post): 6
He has probably been boozing hard for the last month too. Summer races =/= XC results.

Why would that change in season? No way any team in this region stays dry

Then what's the point of this thread? I thought we were all just posting wild speculations

Im talking about Philo buddy. Hes probably been drinking a lot since he's been done with school and serious running. And a lot of teams in the region that actually take XC seriously have dry seasons. If you don't have a dry season, your team is probably not good.

The most important dry season involves cranking that wank 'till you empty the tank. That's right fellas, JPDs below 10 just aren't gonna cut it in this region for 2018. I hear Geneseo takes their dry season so seriously they don't even lube up. #goingindry
Virgins
Geneseo, Rowan and Ramapo are the only relevant teams that haven't uploaded a schedule to their website yet. Although I'd bet all three of them are going to the Border Battle that is hosted by Rowan. There is a chance Geneseo might send their top 7 to Wisconsin for pre-nats as per usual but we will see. It's looking like the Border Battle is going to be stacked this year for pre-regionals.
is anyone else in support of the proposed NJ border wall? they're killing our chances at nationals with the early peaking and short courses.
Did IGC sign a pro contract or does he still have eligibility left?
Yeah Isaac is fast but I don't think he's fast enough right now for a contract. If he wants a legit contract, he needs to run sub 3:40 in the 1500.
I don't know about a contract but he definitely should be getting some kind of sponsorship at this point. At least so he can continue running and training with a talented group of guys to get sub 3:40 or sub 4.
No one ever knows what the New Jersey schools are up to until Regionals. There is only 1 AR New Jersey team signed up for the Border Battle, which is shaping up to be even more competitive than Regionals itself if Geneseo shows up, and that team is Rowan who are hosting the event. A lot of PA and Mass. teams show up according to last year's results and I'd imagine more will this year.
What about SUNYAC GOAT Mitch Ryan? does he have a contract yet?
I'd say the majority of teams that are good don't take a dry season but just take it easy. Usually I'm a 3-4 a night 4 Loko guy, but the day before regionals I'll tone it down to 2, this usually leads to a better performance.
