What type of shoes are you running in? What type of injuries are you getting?
You might be running in the wrong type of shoes. When I was in high school, I continuously got injuries. It really messed with me mentally, so I know where you're coming from. It turned out to be due to the fact I was accidentally put into stability shoes when I'm a totally neutral foot (I didn't know as much about shoes at the time). Too much support can lead to several injuries/discomforts. Conversely, too little support can also lead to discomforts. I work in a running store and and study biomechanics, so I see these things all the time.
