It's amazing how stupid some people can be.
I think you morons need reading comprehension

So had blood/urinalysis and an ultrasound all came back normal chalked it up to exercose hematuria.
Had anothet episode and to rule anything out scheduled for a cysto and CT yippee!
Good thing I suppose is if it spread or was large US wouldve caught it if it is anything.
Better to be safe than sorry.
The one time i pissed blood after running was when i did the following workout indoors on a treadmill.
1 mile warmup
3 mile tempo at 5:40
1 mile rest (*important* i got off the treadmill to pee )
3 mile tempo at 5:00
2 mile cool down
Since it was during the winter i was likely less hydrated than during the summer. I think the important part is that i got dehydrated during the 3 mile tempo, then emptied my bladder during the 1 mile rest and then followed it up with an aggressive 3 mile tempo at 5 flat. The fast 3 miles probably caused a lot of micro tears in my empty bladder.

Sounds similar to my issues was overdressed both times and semi hydrated and a hard run in colder weather on hilly terrain.
Hopefully its nothing I'm optimistic by everyones stories here but if its something ill be catching it early.

that is not normal.
and not healthy. shouldn't be something to dismiss like you have
Listen to me you wrote:
I'm telling you, you have a kidney stone. Forget the urinalysis. Get an x-ray AND an MRI - the 3D type that they are now using at all top rate hospitals.
I had an ultrasound done found a benign cyst.
It's normal if you have very low body fat, get dehydrated, and run fast for a long time.
I also had blood in my urine, but it was because I was using narcotics and I had health problems before, so the body reacted negatively. Exactly at that time, I had to do some documents for driving school and I had to give a urine test to see that I was not using narcotics. I didn't even know what to do. Good thing I found on the internet about synthetic urine that saved me from this situation. I can't even imagine how else I could get out of such a confusing situation, I was lucky. By the way, I can leave here a site where all the details about synthetic urine are described in case you need in the future https://www.unitedforpatientsafety.org/best-synthetic-urine/ Very useful stuff.
Macroscopic or microscopic blood? There are things that mimic blood in the urine. You need a microscopic urinalysis to see if it is actually blood. This cannot be performed in your doctor's office. Make sure its actually blood before jumping to conclusions. This bladder rubbikg against itself nonsense is BS. People just regurgitate whatever they heard in middle school.
