Getting things started since I’m done for the week and am excited hehe
Mo - off (hurt my knee at the gym and took the preceding sat and sun off too)
Tue - 5.5k to test the knee
Wed - WU + 7:30 tempo + CD
Thu - off (went to this race where there was a random draw for who got to run and I wasn’t picked)
Fri - Up + 5k progressive (3:48-3:22/km) + 4km around 4:00/km pace with a buddy + down
Sat - 6km easy
Sun - 10k in 34:58
Big 2 min PR for me in the 10k (PR was 36:5X), even with bad pacing (something like 17:13/17:45), no warmup, and a not so easy course. Should beat that one in 2 weeks on a better course. Pretty happy since my PR was 42min 7 months ago
Certified course btw since we were discussing that last week hehe
