Maybe you mean that you are married to a wife?

You may lose the house from leaving but you and your daughter's lives are obviously worth more and you should never, ever go back for any reason. Moreover, you should not let her know where you are and get a restraining order on her.
My wife was diagnosed as being bipolar in spring of 2016. Prior to this there were no signs and she is the most patient even keeled person. It was after our 2nd child was about 8 months old. There were 2 manic episodes that were each a few days long followed by about 2 months of depression, We were lucky that after the 2nd episode we found a great doctor who tweaked the medications until my wife was back to normal.
During that spring it did not seem like life would ever be normal again, I can honestly say that there are no signs of BP and taking her medication (lithium and wellbutrin) is just like taking vitamins (no side effects). She is able to work full time, be a great mother/wife etc. She knows that she will have to take medication forever and does, not drink at all anymore. Our fingers are crossed that there will not be any more episodes but we remain vigilant about getting enough sleep and can call our doc if there are any signs. The doc is great but does not accept insurance and is like $300/visit (every 3 months at this point but several times a week in the beginning), Certainly the doc was worth every penny.
.
Get her a good shrink. You probably need one too.
Probably needs
Lithium or Lamictal
Abilify
Klonopin 1mg
and therapy
My Suzy was the same way so I had her work in Las Vegas as a high priced call girl and make a few bucks. This kept her mood swings in check.

when she's "on," she's a GREAT lay.

OCD is a chore but it's nothing at all like dealing with bipolar people.
I found myself in a situation quite like the OP's, except there were no guns involved.
The plain and simple fact of it is you have to get out. I could go into great detail but there's no need. Just get out, as soon as possible. Things will not get better.
Does she live in Boulder?
Does she live in Rockingham?

Lol
+1 for the laugh
But OP is lame he didnt answer if slapping her works.
Slapping her hard like 10 times consecutively.
To Suzy, I don’t get this mental illness stuff. The people I know are poor, they don’t have time for mental illness and those poor folks that do are either labeled drunks, lazy or free loaders. They are not enabled.
But also, I bet $8,500 my savings or $225,000 my retirement that Suzy nor This wife nor anyone mentally ill is reading the bible and praying.
Correlation, yes, negative mental health when you choose to not read the bible.
John 3:16
Romans 10:9

Interesting....I knew someone who was Bi-Polar and read the Bible.
As for the OP: Please protect your child first and then yourself. If she’s not willing to get help and you have exhausted all resources then get out and remove yourself from the situation, especially for your daughter’s sake.

You should have someone try this on you, with a baseball bat.
