You got that right...it's a simple supplement readily available at your local Walmart. Not banned and probably not much of a performance enhancer.

You're a moran and your posts suck.
Ya...but Lance is the kind of creep that would dope not Galen!

Why not Justin Gatlin? As someone who has previously had a doping ban and who won a gold medal he should be top of the list easily.
I don't know about that. Gatlin doesn't look as big & muscular as he did when he was testing positive years ago. He also doesn't seem as aggressive as he has been in the past - one sign of androgen use. IMO, he's either clean & green or has toned it down quite a bit.

Seen the news lately?
If he takes every non banned substance then I don't see what the problem is. That might seem like "grey area" to some, but why have a list of banned substances if things not listed are considered cheating as well? For now, he's a great runner and deserves our praise until he's caught cheating.
It seems like everyone has forgotten about the years of Lance Armstrong declaring himself the most tested athlete and how that turned out.
Exactly he declared himself as most tested but this is official report so rupp is most tested, now I just want to see other "much faster marathoners" then him to be tested half of that and all of sudden there will be no more 2:03 marathoners out there.
Remember London - 200m and 800m when that happened last time? maybe 40 years ago.
Those cheating b'stard are afraid on WC and OG.
Cheating b'stards for clarification - whole Africa including SAR as well and Carribean area.
I predict that if all 105 other "faster" - (what is the english word - outLIERS,) then Rupp are tested OOC (at least a few times - by independent testers not cheaters like themselves and not with notice in ADVANCE) that he will enter easily in top 10.
Is he dirty - most likely but not nearly as much as outLIERS with Italian help.
As you can see my gramatics shows that I'm not english speaker so I don't give a s'it for NOP or Rupp or Salazar but you have one of the top marathoner in the world and all he receive is s'hit from your side, meanwhile cheating b'stards are gods for you. I don't mean for you personally pop_pop!_v2.2.1.
I mostly like your comments.
About 5 years have passed since we heard of Lances doping. Oprah agreed to take Lance's confession outside. Straws were drawn to see who'd go down with him...many of his supporters lost. WADA had a vigorous debate about the legality of the doping scandal that just transpired. Lance, who was supremely confident about the legality of what just transpired ignored them, sat by himself at the table and plotted who he would take down with him. WADA donned the doped Lance's medals and joined the NOP in drawing up new contracts. Oprah held the tensions low while waiting for Lance to finish. Mo Farah enjoyed an l carnatine cake. Rupp, however, hasn't moved from his spot in his contract, since Alberto came to him. Let's go back a bit... 5 years ago, Lance Armstrong confessed in front of every body. But, about a couple of years before THAT, something equally important happened... but not everybody saw it. While Lance was captivating the crowd with tales of cancer, and been innocent, and every one else doping, Somebody... started adding stuff to Rupp's energy drinks. And the only one to see him do it, was Rupp himself. That's why this post is called; RUPP's GOT A SECRET.

What news? Oh...you mean those silly allegations that USADA is not taking seriously? Someone is just trying to frame him because they're jealous that he won gold at the WCs (back in the 50s we would call this giving someone the "business"). And look how slow those times were at the WCs - that looked like the cleanest 100m final of a WC/Olympic level event that I've seen since the 1950s!
As I said before, he's either clean or he's toned it so much that he's not getting any benefit. Doping is dose related. The higher the dose over longer periods of time the better training effect you get which translates into faster times - basic doping 101. I really think the steroid & growth hormone modules added to the ABP in 2015 has really put the kibosh on androgen & GH doping. Too risky to get flagged then get target or ambushed tested without any advanced notice. Before you know it, you're making headlines with breaking news on a OOC test positive.
I'd be really surprised if Gatlin tests positive for anything or gets implicated in a doping scandal. In fact, I'd eat my Fedora hat if he does.

Most tested US athlete. And that's because he appeared on the most likely doping list because of an unnaturally high off-score plus had suspiciously elevated testo levels in the build-up to the 2016 Olympics.
So it is almost the opposite of proof that he is clean - it is proof that he is among the most suspicious athletes.

Notice how for example Lopez Lomong is tested 14 times, while Craig Engels or Clayton Murphy only 2 times. They must suspect something.

Testing has little to do with it. No sanctions is not the same as clean. See Nike's Dr. Brown.

Yeah, the bigger story to me was Lomong being tested 14 times to Galen’s 16. He hasn’t been great for YEARS.
I see Shalane was tested more than Jordan Hasay. Is it time to get excited for Jordan, or suspicious of Shalane? Hmmmm.
Do you know what "proof" means?

It's called "cutting edge" performance enhancements if you work at Nike HQ.
Never use the "C" word.

"Most tested" implies "most suspicious" in USASA's eyes. I don't think there's a flaw in the logic there. Note that "most suspicious" does not necessary imply "most likely to be guilty." USADA's suspicions may not have a strong basis.
Was Shalane Flanagan tested? It didn't see her name on the list.
