The training advice you've gotten here is for the most part excellent advice. Unfortunately, most of us aren't doctors and can't provide medical advice.
I will say this. You need to be proactive on your medical conditions to see what treatment options exist. I don't know what the state of the art is in conventional medicine for your conditions or what alternative treatments might exist, but if I were in your shoes, I would find out. Good luck.
