Incredibe ice age type conditions! I'v never seen anything like this up here! I'm gonna cancel my subscription to the Global Warmers Society! ?

The previous record was set way in 1939, so I wonder what was going on back then? ?
Of course there has been global warming, all of New England was once under a glacier.

I was waiting to see if you were sufficiently interested in the topic to do anything beyond formulate the issue as you see it.
To perhaps help you understand what has been done, the "social cost of carbon", a estimate of the externalized cost of CO2 emissions, is probably the most widely used base metric used as a guide to measuring the cost/benefit of alternative climate policies. In the aforementioned IPCC WG3 AR5 document it's cleverly hidden in the chapter entitled "Social, Economic and Ethical Concepts and Methods".
The EPA's estimate of annual externalized cost from US emissions is something on the order of $250 billion and globally about $1.3 trillion.
The EPA used to have a simple overview with links to how they calculated and used the metric here:

Dead link. Killed by Trump?
The earth is slowly warming (maybe 1 degree per decade or only a couple of degrees over the last 100 years) how much depends on who you talk to or what research you think will validate your point. The question becomes why. What have we done to cause this, or what is causing this. Many geologist believe (me included) that the last ice age that ended only 12,000 years ago is still happening and that soon - maybe another 12,000 years, glaciers will again prevail. Climate change and global warming have become political words to fuel arguments. Pick your argument and try and proof you point. The point is that we have the info to know that the earth for now is slowly warming - we just do not know why and there is nothing at this point we can do to stop it. Peace.

That's on you by the way, assuming you to be American (which I am not), and part of the society that gave him the big red button.

So was Ohio. We used to be at sea level!!!
Meanwhile, in Alaska we have just had the warmest December on record, and it's 35 degree F outside now. Would like to see some more snow here. It keeps melting away and turning into ice, ruining both the cross country skiing and running. Well-packed snow is great for running, ice is not.
