Weigh yourself immediately before going to bed, and again as soon as you wake up before using the bathroom. Anyone else already do this?
I typically lose 1.2-1.6 pounds each night, and I weigh 205+/-
How bout you?

I weigh myself post-morning urination, and I typically lose between 0.9 and 1.5 lbs overnight.

Meant to add, I'm about 155.
I gain weight overnight, as aerobic respiration traps oxygen from the air and turns it into water faster than I lose moisture.

Watch out. At that weight you're not far away from reaching critical mass and becoming a black hole.
Lol ouch
At your weight you probably burn about 125 cal per hour during sleep. Eight hours you're burning 1000, so you're actually losing over 1/4 lb each night. Your respiration and perspiration accounts for another sum, depending on other variables, but it's not weight loss.

Of course it is. It's not *fat* loss, and it's temporary, but he weighs less so that's weight loss.
From when I weigh myself after dinner to when I weigh myself before breakfast, I typically lose a couple pounds, sometimes a little more. That generally includes getting up and peeing 1-3 times during the night.
Jeff still soils his bed at night so there's that.
When i as 150 pounds, i observed losing weight whenever i had bath.
I still dont know why this happen. We are not losing anything, but still losing weight after bath is something annyoing.
I see you are 205 pounds. Why dont you try diet like HCG? It is a very low calorie diet that helps you lose weight quickly and safely. For example :

I've done this measurement many times. I drink a lot and have to get up to pee a few times during the night.

You have a problem then. Either diabetes, prostate or compulsive hydration.
Sleep is way more important.

Nope. Been tested for everything many times. All my numbers for such things are "fabulous". I just like to drink water in the evening. Maybe that's "compulsive hydration" but all indicators are that i'm freakishly healthy.
If you go through the hcg diet and follow it. You will lose weight not at night but through out the day.
The HCG Diet is rapidly becoming a significant force in the online diet world. “HCG Diet Drops” include the primary factor inside HCG Diet which could cause weight reduction. What is this diet, just what are these drops and does the diet plan regime really make it easier for an individual to shed weight? We’ve all seen the amazing claims built to dieters by purveyors of weight-loss products and potions. The truth is that dieting is actually difficult. It’s truly not necessarily easy to drop your unwanted pounds. The promises as well as the actual results of this new craze should be worthwhile for us to look at.
