Holabird. That's their main competition in my mind. I get about half from each. They're in US also but don't know the shipping situation.

What shoes? They have international shipping, but not for all shoes. It must be a manufacturers requirement.

I'm Canadian and I often order from there as well. I think you are right about the manufacturers requirement, at least with some brands - notably Nike. I'm guessing the OP was trying to get Nike or New Balance. In Nike's case, a lot of the models (including some very popular ones) are simply unavailable in Canada, period. In New Balance's case, I'm not sure what is going on - I was going to order a pair of the Hanzo S flats (which I can buy from the NB store in Toronto if I want), but they are unavailable from Running Warehouse as a Canadian shipment. So with them it isn't as clear as to the reason for not allowing them across the border.
