On the non-running side of this, my grandparents' generation on my mother's side of the family all lived to somewhere between 90 and 101 basically eating bacon and eggs, meat and potatoes and maybe some canned peas or carrots, and candy.
How about yourself?
I'm curious what your diet is like and how your wellness fares.
That's a really good question. I don't really pay attention to what I eat anymore. So far today I've had a cheese sandwich, two cups of tea, and a glass of orange juice. That could be the next meal as well but maybe with a couple beers in place of the orange juice. Or maybe there's a meat pie in the freezer. My back is a mess and I can't put much effort into my runs and maybe I've compensated by having almost no appetite.
