bump
Because I wanted to see how dumb you have to be to NOT find this I put "high school track and field records" into GOOGLE, and it returned 10,600,000 results for me in .14 seconds.
I clicked on the 2nd or third one and came up with this:
High School Records--Men
High School Records are those ratified by the T&FN Records Committee We consider the season to go through August 31 of an athlete's senior year, but we have appended a section noting the best marks made in high school-only competition.
Symbols:
* = mark made outside of HS competition
' after name = non-U.S. citizen
(A) = mark made at over 1000m of altitude (in affected events only)
y = race run at yard distance
int'l = international-weight throwing implement
h = hand-timed
i = made indoors
p = mark still pending ratification

in about 2 min 12 sec ... If I had a high-speed connection it would have taken maybe 30 seconds total.
You have got to be research oriented man. It's not that hard.
OK, at least 3 of those records have been broken.
Darkness - Read the question. They're looking for HS CLASS records - not just overall records. Who's dumb now? And as the previous poster indicated - that list is outdated.
Got to Dyestat.com and purchase Dye's HS Yearbook. Although it focuses on 04 track, it still contains all of the class records - Frosh - Sr.
