It’s supposed to be very windy on race day so perhaps her usual strategy of taking it out hard from the get go and gapping everyone early on isn’t the greatest idea... The conditions will definitely stir things up a bit and provide a challenge.
Though I don’t think anyone would be surprised if she won. She reminds me of Sally Kipyego.

Lol, maybe she is 27.
Someone born in England is going to win.
AllieO FTW. She's peaking at the right time.
I don't care who wins. As long as they are good lookin, I will be happy.
9 Africans will be leading the Men's race. No wonder there is no interest in XC

And which Africans are actually expected to win the men’s race? I’ll wait...
Kurgat might be strong but I can’t see her gapping Schweizer and Purrier, whom she hasn’t even raced this season. It’s not gonna be a dominant win if she does win, and I can’t see her outkicking runners like Purrier, Schweizer or even Jones/Rainsberger if they’re there with 400 to go.

Sounds like someone doesn’t like Africans.

Don't these fuckers hate us!
Also interesting is how the OP says the little girl is 27 years old. Is that the new white excuse?
"Don't worry mom, I should have won. I basically won. They had older kids race us! All those who won were much older; they should have been racing the pros!"
"Also, mom, can I suck your breasts just a little bit? I am so hungry!"
Keep complaining, we be winning!
I think she will break 19 minutes and win by 38 seconds.

When I was in college you had 5 years to complete 4 years of eligibility from when you started college with an age limit of 25. I wonder when and why they changed it to 26. Anyhow, I don't think anyone has a chance unless it is a tactical race. If it is, I might give the edge to Dani Jones, but it's anyone's guess as to how Kurgat would kick as she really hasn't been pushed (she would probably fair just fine). Guess we will see tomorrow.
It's Kurgat and Ostrander's strength v. the blazing kicks of Jones, Schweizer and Purrier. Should be a good one.
She dominated as expected.
