Here's my program since new years-
90m/week with 18 on Sunday
Tues. 4x1.5m/4min rec(best ave.7:40) or 3x3200/5min rec(best ave 10:12
Thurs. 10m(5:45 down to 5:20=5:30-56:00)
Sat. 10x1k/2min rec or 5x2k/3min rec-on trails
Also did a 6400m(4m)"tempo" on the track in 20:44
Doesn't all this indicate I can go at least sub-32:00 for 10k? Why am I struggling at 33+? I rested for the race but felt flat....how do I rectify the problem(if there is one) in two weeks(next race)? What workouts & how many between now and then? Thought I was doing things right but I give up on trying to figure it out!!!!
