I known this will get many immature responses, so bask in you stupidity.
On that note when is the last time that anyone has just closed their minds eye and made an incredible jump in their running? Recently I have increased my vo2 max thus I increased my athletic ability, but I feel that without reaching some sort of a Zen I will not be able to use this to my advantage. My question is this, how does one train the mind to effectively parallel or possibly surpass the progress of the body?
