First of all this is FALSE. He is as American as apple pie - born and raised in the USA.
Secondly, if he had been born in Mexico, how would a wall keep him out? Can airplanes not fly over walls? I mean, visa overstays are (as we all know) the leading way people reside in the USA illegally, not border crossers.
