These are the best running shoes ever made for non-spike use but my n=1 is irrelevant.
So much fun though. Feels like you're running on a mondo track all the time.
The fit 1/2 size down (or true to size). My 11's became 10.5.

Yep, I'm size 12 (bit tight, but true size)) or 12.5 in Adios. Size 11.5 fits me. The hype is real. These are sweet shoes.

It reminds me of the Nike Free craze when the shoes first came out.
Have you bothered to run in them? Probably not since they are hard to get, but I'll say it's not hype or marketing this time. Best shoe ever made and it does make you faster. You won't know until you try them. Come back here after you do and let us know. I own both the Fly and 4%.
Agreed 100%. I was part of the product test for the shoe and it is phenomenal. The CF plate and foam feel unlike anything else I've worn before. Going back
I believe that they will be using this new foam tech (without the CF plate) in some of their everyday trainers (perhaps replacing the Lunar line?) in the next year or so which would address some of the durability issues.
anyone know when they will be available again?
I just put 2 and 2 together on why Nike is putting out another shipment on Sunday. With the hype behind the shoes it's only gonna go up if a WR falls at Berlin.
I don't see them at RW anymore. They previously said available 9/24.
Continued production problems? The pair I received had a bump in the forefoot, basically not wearable. Had to slice a big chunk off the tongue, it was digging into my ankle.
The person in charge of quality control on this shoe should get fired.

Why ruin a perfect shoe that will become a collector's item ?
The tongue was digging into your ankle ?
Has Nike perfected the Gene Simmons tongue of running shoes ?
You should have sliced a chunk of your upper foot off .
Yup seems to be gone still as of Saturday 3PM ET
What size did you get and theyvyou get them from running warehouse?
It appears to be available on Eastbay.
Be forewarned if you are a heel striker like myself, then i don't think you will get even 100 miles in them. I ran a 16 miler in them out of the box and went quite faster than my previous long runs (could be placebo effect, who knows for sure). I was quite exited about the shoe until i took them off and looked at the bottom- lots of foam torn away. The heel has lots of exposed foam with no outsole over it. I am not returning them because even with this torn away foam, they will still be awesome for at least 1 marathon- but i don't think after 100 miles there will be much shoe left. I will not run in them again until the NYC marathon.
If you are a mid foot or forefoot striker, you will be in luck- lots of outsole in the forefoot.
Selling pairs of Vaporfly 4%s.
I have size 9, 9.5, and 10. Let me know if you're interested.
Nike is really pissing me off with these things. They beat their chest about these things, they put them to test in Manza, every Nike elite is wearing them and they sold out going to $250 a piece. WHY WON'T THEY PRODUCE MORE OF THEM! There is clearly a market for them. Why won't they sell them?
I don't get it either. The only people making money on them now are the scalpers. What in the world is going on with these shoes? They should be available and tehy'd sell like hotcakes.
To be fair they are selling like hotcakes it's just the kitcken isn't willing to make them faster
Whatever is holding them back I don't know but I don't think these will be available by Chicago or NYC. They could've made a killing selling $250 shoes that probably only cost $30 to produce.
I'd overnight these from Nike.com if I could get a pair prior to Chicago. I would never buy from a 3rd party like ebay or some other scalper.
I don’t see them on their webstie
