Apparently everything is racism these days... we need to go back to a simpler time. Like the 60s
I think Farah is a smart guy. He needs to think as this next phase a new career. Viewing it as a new challenge will keep him young. If he thinks about the past, there will be a tendency to maybe want to go back to the track.
I said before the Worlds I thought either Bolt or Farah would come back to the track. Now I'm not so sure. I think them going out in defeat may be good for them in the sense that it's easier not to wonder if you should come back.
It seems Farah will never run on the track again. He is mentally DONE. I would expect him to retire and immigrate to a small island country in a remote place where he is very difficult to reach.
"You can write what you like but, at the same time, I’m a clean athlete. I sleep well at night"
He sounds more and more like Lance everyday.

Has Jager given a straight clear answer to 'likely doping' yet?
There is no possible clear answer to endless mire of murky innuendoes.
The essence of a witch-hunt is unanswerable charges--"dodgy," "linked," "associated", "likely"--followed by inquisitions that finally after long years induce the witch to strike back, at which point the hunters all claim vindication--see Mo was an angry aggrieved Mohamed all along.
Soon the mob will be demanding laurels, knighthoods, and gold medals themselves for their mobotic prowess.

Mo haters were right all the way.
Mo will be accepting Soros bucks very soon to help push the pro-Islamist/pro-globalist agenda. So brave. As if I needed a reason to hate him and his fat family any more.
Not surprised that you were too dumb to figure out when the men's 5000m was, causing you to miss it.
Nothing astounding about that exchange. OP massive fail.

Umm...the OP just quoted the headline from the Telegraph article. How is that OP's "fail"?

Because the OP perpetuated an inaccurate title. If the telegraph posted "Mo Farah wins 5000m at World Championships" would you post that as the thread title?
The media is not trying to destroy his achievements. The media is just pointing out that banning drugs from sport is impossible. There are no clean champions. People should not be marketed as clean champions. It is not sincere marketing.

The title of the article reflected the author's perception of Farah's statement. You happen to disagree with the author's opinion. That doesn't make the title "inaccurate".

"Sometimes I find it bizarre how certain people write certain things to be able to suit how they want to sell the story. Uh the fact is, it, it's what it is, uh and you know, what I have achieved is through hard work and sometimes you guys get... get to me a certain time, because you never write the fact. The fact is over the years I have achieved through my hard work, through hard work and pain....
I want you to write the truth and to write what's out there and to educate ever single people out there and tell em the truth, be honest with them. And um as I said, as I said same thing, if I have crossed the line Mo Farah's done something wrong and ur fine... then prove it. Over the years you guys [snorts] done many things um to build person up and bring back down and the reality is no matter what you do, I'm gonna still keep fighting, working, making my country proud, am um I proud to be British and put my GB vest on and do it for my country. Um as I said you can write what you like but at the same time I'm clean athlete and am as long as I understand that I'll sleep well at night, hugging my kids and loving my kids and show them what's right, that's all it counts."
This sounds more like Donald Trump to me. There is no content to his utterances above. All that comes across is his feeling of aggreviement, despite his acknowledgement that he has been built up my the media.
Was it fair the way he was built up? Should the media have pointed out he wasn't challenged by someone of the calibre of Gebrselassie, Bekele, Tergat or Komen in major championships and that he wasn't especially close to their world record times? Should the media point out that he hasn't dominated at cross country (as Bekele or Tergat did) or indoor (as Gebrselassie did: he won 3000m world indoor three times, once doubling up with the 1500m, and broke several indoor records including the 2000m, which indicates a better range and more competitiveness at shorter distances)? Perhaps it should have done, but instead the Briitish public is given the impression that Farah is perhaps the greatest of all time.
A quick summary:
1. Sometimes world finalist to complete domination and invincibility in mid to late twenties. Very, very unusual progression to anyone who knows distance running well.
2. Missed drug tests (lame doorbell excuse)
3. 3.28 1500m - one of the fastest ever times - not his strongest event.
4. Association with Jama (and lying about it)
5. Association with Alberto (and now lying about it)
6. Association with other drug cheats (and lying about it)
7. Training in far flung locations popular with known dopers.
8. 'likely doping' blood profile.
Whilst none of this is 'proof', he can hardly cry about it when people ask questions in a sport riddled with drug abuse.

The one race I missed is the one he lost ... 🤔 You're welcome.
And you'll see the new Motivational Mohamed very soon.
that's because the clean ones cant get on the podium
remember Greg Lemond
he told us as much when the year after winning he could not even stay in the race because the rest of the field was taking EPO...people are getting cheating - just because you can't see them doesn't mean they aren't there.

Oh I get it. So because he attacks the media he's a great guy, he's smart. All he needs to do now is say 'fake news' and 'sad'.
The overwrought headline "ASTONISHING ATTACK" is just the sort of thing Farah is correctly complaining about.
The British press invented the newspaper version of clickbait long before the Internet existed.
Farah should certainly be questioned about Salazar, Jama Aden, etc. That's all fair game. But it's trashy journalism when you constantly imply something more lurid than available evidence actually supports, which is standard operating procedure for the British press in everything they cover, and not just Farah.

Plus he doesn' t even directly deny using PEDs.

Yes, he has. Many times. Very clearly and directly.
I'm not saying that he is clean, because goodness knows many other athletes have declared that they haven't used PEDs and been busted.
