Just look up Jay Johnson's Strength and mobility 8 week progression....Its a bit harder to find the 8 week plan now that his site is a pay site. Either way, IT is all body weight based and the mobility exercises are worth the time for all of your athletes. His buildup and exercises have kept my athletes healthy year in and year out from the slowest kids to a national champ.
