Because their rich executive status husbands are terrible in bed. They only married them for the money, but women need to be satisfied. Poor people are better at sex a lot of the time because their hardship is translated into sexual passion, and generally more reverence for the woman's needs. The rich executive husbands probably feel entitled to their wives as sex dolls, and are just one-pump-dumps.

Well since the woman is taken care of financially he must be offering something else like attention. Maybe the poor guy is not working 80 hours a week so has time for her.

Easier to keep a secret with someone from a different socioeconomic class. Not going to bump into them at the club. Easier to make a mostly physical relationship with someone who otherwise is not compatible and knows it. Can go with younger men than from her own class because of her money, just like men do.

There is a reason that females marry rich men. It's not because they want a man that is "established" or "cultured" or any of that B.S. they want to feed you. It's because they are w*ores and can't make that kind of life on their own. Sure there are successful women that can, but most will latch onto a man with money of they can. And don't let them lie to you. Once they have their Prince Charming in their paws, they push for more of what they want. Nicer home, nicer car, nicer jewelry, etc. Same thing for the man. They are happy with him for what he can provide, but they grow distant from him physically. Instead of leaving the gravy train, they make him feel bad for not being in shape or not satisfying her, even though the same may be said about her. But there will be far more of a knock on the man if he doesn't satisfy her than if she doesn't satisfy him, so she plays this to her advantage. She finds a younger guy. Someone she can control. Someone that doesn't run their mouth, ask questions, someone she won't see in her inner circle. It's perfect. She has her fairry tale life and lover. After awhile the lover may get tired so she will dangle something in front of him to stay. Maybe something materialistic, or a short getaway or something to keep him around.
These women love power and control
Sure the sex is good and important, but having 2 men to cater to her every wish, she is living the dream until something goes wrong. Yes she can replace the lover, but she knows of she does that, she has to be careful. You don't want to be with someone that will ruin it. The husband is screwed because he loses if he divorces her so many times you see men stay with their wives because it's a better scenario than being taken to the cleaners in court.
And for the women that can make their own way, poor or younger men are generally toys or entertainment. They want to see how life is "on the other side of the tracks" in a safe environment, but you are just a toy to these women. For those who are going out with females like this, enjoy. It won't last forever and for guys married to these kind of women, I wish you the best. Remember, most females are about them, not you.
