probably 1-2 days a week. Some intervals probably involve hurdles and water jumps but not a major priority.
Jon Gault wrote a great article on steeple practice: "At least once a week during the outdoor season (April to September), Jager will spend 30 to 45 minutes practicing hurdle form, in addition to running workouts over barriers approximately once every two weeks (this varies depending on Jager’s competition schedule). Pascal Dobert, Jager’s steeple coach, says that’s typical for members of the Bowerman Track Club, which also includes Olympic finalists Matt Hughes, Colleen Quigley and Courtney Frerichs and 8:13 steepler Dan Huling (5th at 2015 Worlds)."
