None of them actually carry guns. They're mostly accomplished intellectuals who talk about guns only to appeal to the emotions of the forgotten man while cutting taxes on their rich friends.

Unlikely they carry rifles. And rifle > pistol by a LONG shot (no pun intended).

Scuttlebutt is that the GOP guys literally saved their own lives by voting in huge baseball fan Scalise as Whip (leadership role) a few months back. Otherwise the Capitol police would not have been at the practice without him there.

According to the congressman I just heard interviewed shots were returned almost immediately which he attributed to saving his life. Good guys with guns win again.

Such an obvious reply. Capitol police (aka good guys) shot the shooter (aka bad guy).

The good guys are Americans with the civil right to have and carry guns. Anyone who is legally able to own a firearm should have one.
