Nobody is arguing that policies were not violated. The result for Avery is that he currently does not get to step on the grounds of WCS property. But, the issue for me is that the main perpetrators of the policies are the very ones accusing Avery of violating them. Avery did not know the policies, which in your mind does, not excuse him. Fine. But, the ones who get paid to know the policies did not know one of the policies, which, by their negligence and ignorance, led Avery into the compromising situation. There should be much more severe punishment for them, and they should not be allowed to point the finger at Avery when it was their fault. Great strategy, though, for Looney to do this, detracting from his employees' ineptitude.
Furthermore, the Principal and AD absolutely DID know the other policy. The AD knowingly and willfully chose to violate that policy, related to a for-profit using the track. As a result, it is laughable that the district points its figure at Avery. However, these are the people we are dealing with; flawed logic and flawed integrity.
