Is King Ches injured? Ken Goe is reporting in addition to pulling out this week, he's also pulled out of Penn Relays

I would consult an astrologer before listening to Goe

In several articles over the last year, Goe has expressed his frustration with the Oregon track coaches/SID for stonewalling him on stories about the team/top individuals.

By no stretch of the imagination is Goe a Oregon/Nike apologist.

There might be some sort of issue with Ches, but he is not injured to the point were he can't run.

Journalist covering the White House suffer from the same lack of cooperation. I guess like Goe they are too lazy to develop independent sources.

Over 25000 attend or work at Oregon. None of them are Facebook/instagram attention whores. So Goe can't get any information from them.

Same with Nike, Goe doesn't even have to leave the Portland area to develop sources there.

Ches has been raced a lot over his college career. All those races takes it's toll. He would have been better served ending his college career earlier.

Goe is one of two (maybe, full time paid RUNNING / track and field reporters left in the USA.

He's not given the budget to develop other sources.

He's on record with being told Oregon doesn't report on track athletes injuries. Which is a common college practice.

Ken Goe is a treasure to this sport.

You'll miss him when he retires and the Oregonian reduces their track coverage.

Ches was also scheduled to run in a 1500 that same day at Mt.SAC along with 4 of his Oregon team mates in the same race. None of them started the race.

Cheserek ran the 10k at the Stanford Invite which means the redshirting option is off, isn't it?

He most certainly is an Oregon/Nike mouthpiece.
