I am a girl that runs a 66.50 second 400m and was wondering about how fast would I be able to do 300m hurdles.

We can't predict a hurdle time if we don't know what type of hurdle form you have. Hell I know 50 second quartermilers who can't even get over a hurdle.
What is your 200 pr ?
30 seconds
With average form, you should be able to run your 400m pace over the 300m hurdles. With great form, you should be able to run slightly faster than 400m pace.
Elite 400m hurdlers (obviously great form), run about 2 seconds slower over hurdles than a flat 400m.
So for you, a goal of running about 48 is probably something to shoot for as your form becomes very good from a few seasons of dedicated training.
No way a girl that is a 66 second 400 kid is running 48's in the 300's. She would be lucky to be in the 51-52 range. Her form/speed won't improve going over hurdles.

Most college women have a difference of 4 seconds between their flat 400m time (open and/or split) to 400H. In high school I would say its a 5 second difference. So a 66.50 400m runner could run 400H in 71.50 seconds (if they can actually hurdle). When I convert an high school girls 300H time to try an estimate their 400H time, I usually add at least 17 seconds. In your case, since your 400m time is only 66.5 seconds, I would give it an 18.5 second difference.
66.60 400 time --- is an estimated 71.50 400H time. (add 5 seconds)
71.50 400H time-----is an estimated 53.50 300H time (diff of 18 seconds)
Whoever said she could run a 48 for 300H is wrong. If she breaks 53 seconds that would be good, based off of a 66.50 400m PR.
I ran a 53.14
While it's true that we can't really tell without knowing how your hurdling is, I think these naysayers are being way too pessimistic. In the past few years we've had a girl who's best 400m relay split was 67.mid (and was a good 100m hurdler), who ran 48.high, another who ran 70.low relay split hurdled 50.low, and another who's best 400m relay split was 74.something ran 55.high in the 300m hurdles.53 is about a worst case scenario if you can hurdle at all.
