Wrestling is not fighting. It is only part of it. Leverage is a big part, and most big guys rely too much on their size.
That long speech and then you basically say you've never been in a fight either...
all real fights are settled by wrestling. Boxing is meaningless foreplay, even if you manage to maintain good form under adrenaline.
Tackle your opponent quickly and the fight is over. It's very easy if you know how, and not hard to learn.
Not true at all. You try to tackle someone like me you will have a hard time passing by my knees, someone already tried that, I ended up arrested, him at the hospital with a concussion. I've been in a few street fights throughout all my life, 4 of those after I became a karateka. I am firm believer in the pre-emptive strike after being pushed by any idiot. I go straight to the throat (literally speaking), eyes or nose, and I go as hard as can, no mercy. Theory is simple: If I hit hard enough to hurt him and put him out, no need to more carnage. There is very little you can do with your air cut off, or not being able to see. I've been arrested 4 times, all of them have walked out with a clean bill self defense. When you fight on the street, either you win or loose. Being handcuffed is very probable too, so you have to bear the consequences. I hate to brag, but seeing so much ignorance in this forum most likely posted by scroungy little pukes who think they are tough really irritates me.
