Using Daniels' 3rd edition book for half marathon training and noticed in his Phase II plan a discrepancy. When he describes the plan he says "added a couple of runs at M pace and these runs are not longer than 20% of weekly mileage or 18 miles, the lesser amount." But in the following table which is example training plan, says "M run to total not more than 10% of weekly mileage, but at least 4 miles."
Looked on internet but can't determine which percentage to is correct. The M run in lieu of a long run, so am assuming it is 20% of mileage. Anyone know which to use? Thanks!
