Age 58. I've never used any sort of supplement, except for vitamins: Solgar Naturevite, chromium, that's about it. I've got a $10 bottle of liquid L-Carnitine.
I'd like to drop 4-5 pounds. That's all.
What can I expect? Will I feel different on day 1? Day 7? Will there be any weird side effects? Are there any obvious counterindications--things that would have me stop immediately and throw the rest of it away?
