That wasn't on a track, so honestly I'd add a second onto that figure. It could be I'm not trying hard enough, or might not convert distances very well, like the sprinter's equivalent of lacking aerobic base; isn't that anaerobic capacity or something? Alas, it's been half a year since that 100, and this workout's my first attempt at improving speed since then. Thanks for replying Ready to run
It's officially. Week 9 I ran a quarter in 67 and 8min. Later 200m in 31 sec. Since that 200 was pooped from the quarter, id say i could've ran 30 fresh. I can run 200 in 30sec. Ask me anything :P nah, but seriously my 200s 3 seconds better than last yar, so im hapy. Thanks for reading.
