2.01
2 years ago I ran 4:07 and 9:09 and at the same time ran 1:57 for 800m.
13yr old at 2:05 Hmmmm.
If you were 13 running a 2:05 then your pr would be looking a bit better than they are now.
1:57 to 1:59
2:00-2:04

Most people who run a 4:07 1500m would run in that range. However, he seems to be pretty weak aerobically, a 4:07 guy should be running much faster than 9:06, so based on that I would say 1:57-2:00.
Find one Saturday and go run it, then you will know.
Sorry, I was being lazy and going off the McMilliam charts. Indeed, his 4:07 corresponded to a 2:00 800m and his 9:06 a 2:04 800m, so you are right, he is weak aerobically, and has a good shot at sub 2:00
Thanks for the interesting replies. i actually ran 2:02.20 on the weekend, but i feel that i could have done much better as it was at the end of the season and i feel so run down. plus on the day didnt really prepare well. i stuffed around at the beach a bit. and by the way heres a link to when i ran this is where i ran 2:05/800m. i turne 13 on the 30th april.

i know its depressing. i should be running much faster now. i actually got down to 4:12 in 2001 but since then injury has wrecked me. and it wasnt til just lately that i ran 4:07. so a 12s improvement in 5 years. it sucks
Depends somewhat on your 400 speed. Most likely 2:02-2:03, but 4:07 with :57 would be different than 4:07 with :51.
outstanding. send me your address and i'll send you a trophy

Jacob, DON'T send your address to anyone on the internet.
If you ran 2:05 five years ago and just ran a 2:02 at age 18 you should be able to go faster.

Line up, shoot the gun and find out.
Hard to predict without knowing what you can do for 400..
