Continue this workout, slowly decreasing rest until you are not resting at all. Then you will run
800: 2:00-2:02
Mile (ok 1600): 4:00-4:04
5k: 12:30-12:42.5

Yeah maybe getting towards those times. 200s in 30s were really easy for me when I was running sub 3:55. This session really doesn't test your speed (800m) or endurance (5k) so it is difficult to make any accurate predictions.
If you pushed me then I'd say a sub 3:55 1500.

No valid reason. Just start to lose count after a while and that's what it ended up being. Basically kept running until I couldn't do another rep in 30 sec.
