It is a shame that there are not more insights to his training available to western runners- maybe they are in Japanese on the internet. Given that he works full time, he is someone who many western runners can aspire to as he is very successful with his method.
I've never seen any charts or full workout logs anywhere, but from articles and interviews his training seems to be mostly like this (anyone can correct me if I've made a mistake)

Intervals once a week
Sometimes super long cross country runs on weekends (4-6 hour runs if I remember correctly, which lines up with the 100k mentioned above)
Lots of racing
