I live in a small town in WV, where I'm the only one with a phd, and one of the few who has even gone to college. Some local teachers came up to me and asked me to pick 10 books that they should have their "honors senior english" course read. My phd is in geology, which is why I'm here. They got to know me when I helped out coaching the track team a few years back. I have no clue what books would prepare 12th graders for college. I'm thinking one should be Cat's Cradle, or is that too simple? Maybe Infinite Jest? Help letsrun!
