He trains with Nick Willis in his Very Nice Track Club with Warhurst now!
Lol @everyone who always underestimated Peter Hale.
What a 5k! Shoutout to SUNY Geneseo's Alex Kramer for DFL'ing outdoors after his stellar DFL indoors!!
LAMERE GOES HOME DEVASTATED!
He did not look SMOOTH or RELAXED at all the last mile!
That AJ Digby (?) guy, all props to him for overcoming something that we can't even understand going through, but he was straight up gliding past them on the final straight away of the 4x400m. There's a reason that that technology isn't allowed in the Olympics.

What a very personal and negative thing to say about someone.
Don't discredit him. He was one of the best in the world in the paralympics too. Just a talented dude.
When's the last time North Central didn't score any points from their distance runners?
you're a pu$$y. get off Lets Run.

Who?
Anyone know what Lamere is doing after college? If he devoted a few years to running I reckon he could potentially run low 28:00's and eventually become a decent marathoner. Today obviously showed that he doesn't have the wheels at the end of a race which is why I think he should focus on the 10k/half marathon for a bit then eventually move up to the marathon. He could easily get the OTQ in the marathon.

IGC winning the 1500 absolutely throttled them. NCC track choke-machine continues.

WTF are you talking about?? Lamere doesn't have the wheels after a race? We just watched him on Thursday run a 100m faster than Lau ran 80 m. That was a hell of a sprint. He's the third fastest 5k runner in DIII history. Speed doesn't mean much in a fast 5k- its all about aerobic ability. Especially in a 5k two days after an all out 10k.
Peter Hale is pretty damn good. Won the 3k with a 4:16 last 1600 and 2:02 last 800; won the 5k with a 4:17 last 1600 and 2:01 last 800. Tactical beast.
Shout out to Darin Lau for running 4 seconds off his (granted, solo) PR two days after an all-out 10k. I would say he fared the best in terms of managing the double. Beast.
If Lamere was fresh Hale and Fazio would have been DONE.
Congrats IGC.
Go Genny Boys.

He can still be "one of the best in the world in the paralympics" and "a talented dude" while also receiving an unfair advantage. Your post does nothing to refute the initial point.
