Not to be whining or anything, but c'mon wejo you have seen the # of posts thanking JK for his expertise.
You also said some 4-5 months ago in the summer of '02 that JK would be writing a weekly column about training.
What's up?

I'm sure when JK demanded payment for coaching and there wre no takers he decided to cancel that plan. If you look at all the past posts he has made it is all there anyway. Why does he need to repeat it week after week? It would just get repetitive. If you haven't grasped his concepts by now, you never will.
I do grasp his concepts.
But there are infinitely more things to talk about with regards to running- all the specifics of altitude training, plyometrics, marathon tapers, mid-distance speedwork, base training, periodization, and on and on.
AS you can see, even if JK has made hundreds of remarkably useful and heloful posts on this board, there are still hundreds more things he could talk about for PAYMENT by those who wish to access those articles.
Run 150 miles a week(at least). Run relaxed. Occasionally do some speed. Become great.
There is your freakin' weekly column. That is all he ever says, so no need to hear it again.
I did a ton of speed out in chino and it didn't help much at all.
