Depends on effort percentages, 16:15-17:20
16:21.76, on a fast course. On a slower/hilly course 16:58.34
Id say 16:30-17:00 if you put in a lot of effort. You can probably break 17mins no problem. I have been having troubles breaking 16min lately and I can easily do that workout. Of course it depends on the effort you put into it like some other dude said
