My staple post long-run meal is 3 full sized bagels with cream cheese and lox. Nobody can convince me there is anything better than that.
Sub the bagels for thin, crispy potato pancakes. Don't forget some sliced tomato and a few capers. That is a fvcking amazing meal. Absolutely awful for you, but oh so good.
I believe the rule of thumb is 10% more than you are last week
If you can limit yourself to the triple digits you are doing well. Personally I reach the 5 or even 6 figures of bagels consumed (devoured) daily. I love them loaded with cream cheese and salt. xx
you are correct my man
I can hold 10 bagels on my body without using my hands or feet.
F*c'mon LOVE pizza bagels m'b*tch
I say four in one sitting is too many. Once after one one of my first really long marathon training runs, I bought 4 bagels. Thought I'd eat two, then have the other two later in the day. In my famished state, I ate them all right away.
What bagels are you eating? Bog standard ones from Ocado here in the UK are 8.4g protein, 1.1g fat, 44g carbs. One is enough, two is already too much.
Sure you can. But for how long?
