They gotta get this high T stuff under control.
Why don't they just ignore the CAS's authority over them eg the Chinese just ignored the ruling against them over the South China Sea.

Anyway, the answer is that the IAAF would be open to a lawsuit in Monaco if they ignored the CAS, as their by-laws of the association require the results of arbitration to be respected.
