I'm currently a freshman on a half scholarship at a d1. So far, my collegiate career has been subpar due to my injuries. I was wondering if my scholarship can be revoked if I continue to get injured.

Most athletic scholarships are for 1 academic year, renewable at the end of the year provided you meet the expectations of the coach/athletic dept. You are not supposed to lose your scholarship due to injury so long as the schools trainer/physician determine that you are indeed injured. However, if you continue to run poorly the next few seasons you could find yourself "not renewed" in the future. Most good coaches are understanding about injuries, though - i can't remember ever hearing about something like that happening to a runner.
Not most, all. Scholarships are one year agreements. Depending on the school, coach, administration, etc, you can lose your scholarship in a case such as your's. Some schools allow you to appeal, but again it depends on the school. They are only obligated to honor the scholarship year by year.
