so get this, i've had a great stretch of training. no over training or pushing my body when it needs rest... so all of a sudden my wheels start slowing down on my easy mileage runs. in a matter of days its like i'm struggling to hold 6 min pace on a 4 mile run. i'm not sick with the flu or anything, but i got a strong feeling its an iron deficiancy because i haven't been able to get any supplements lately.
strange though- 5 days ago i was able to hold 5:20 pace comfortably in a long run, and now i'm like loosing my form & breath after 10 minutes down the road.
