Lane 9. Gentlest bend on the track.

Grandma must be proud!
Is he really 6'0"? Looks more like 5'9". Or maybe the other guys are just really tall compared to him.
Great champion - 74 year old coach best story of the games - kid is talented-
Happy about the 43.03 World Record however I would of liked to see the first SUB 43, oh well better that when the sub 43 is broken, hopefully it will be by an American.
Never seen a 400m closed like that in the last 100m. Jaw dropping
No way grandma is doping him. Legit!
Don't believe it. That was fvcking wrong.
The secret is: Training on a grass track

This.
Who outkicks the entire field from 100 m out? And breaks drug induced WR? And you're in lane 8?
This performance makes me wonder, Bolt 9.4?????
It's not the track, Kirani and Merrit ran times in their usual range. If it was the track, everyone's time would be unusually fast.

Im happy for the grandma coach. Seems like a pretty cool lady. No way she'd allow doping.
If Bolt -when he wins- pulls up an doesn't push for the full 100m, i'll be annoyed. I want to see a WR that is 100% of a person effort. 100m is short enough that you aren't "saving" anything by pull up early, just keep freakin' running until the line.. its only 10 freakin' seconds.

Besides WR there were two NRs, a PB and two SBs, so while not everyone ran unusually fast, many did.
Bob Costas next to Usain Bolt is an interesting visual
