I'm sure his USA teammates and their coaches appreciated Rupp coming to the aid of an opposing country's medal favorite.
I wonder if Rupp would have been as gracious for anyone else in the race besides Farah if he would have tripped them? Or even his fellow USA team members.
And I wonder, since he slowed down to "make sure Farah was OK"...if Farah WASN'T "OK" (limping, had to slow down, stop, etc), to what extent would he have gone to really "help" him?
I think it was an instinctive reaction for a friend, which is good to see Rupp is loyal like that, but in other ways, it doesn't make sense.
Brings up an interesting question, in what order are his priorities as far as who he was running for in that race?
