Today, I was doing 6 x Kilometer w/ 400m jog; a la Daniel's Distance Formula. I got them done in 3:44, 3:55.86, 4:00, 3:57.3, 4:00, and 3:59. For fun, I did 2 x 100m. I got 13.22 and 13.86. I've haven't done any real sprint training. I was wonder if this could mean anything. I've been seriously running for year-and-a-half now. I have a goal of finding my potential in running, even if only just as a hobby.
