A good place to go for overview info is the "USA Track and Field Coaching Manual," available in many quality book stores. Also, "High Porformance Training For Track and Field," by Bowerman and Freeman.

. Regardless of what you might think about Charlie's ethics, as far as sprint training goes, he's still probably the best, period. I use his methods, minus his (ahem) ergogenic aids. Charlie is very active on his own forums and is probably as helpful as any coach you're going to find.
