I was out in 102 heat index today. It's going to be a low of 82 tonight. I'd be psyched to run in 78/48.

perfect? it's 90 effing degrees, dude. no rain- the trails are clouds of dust. dropping down to the valley for track workouts cranks it up about 5-7 degrees. if you think this is perfect, then it's only going to get better for you. now, tomorrow, that will be perfect 78/48.
