completely dependes on the person. Time, age, physical condition, etc. It also dependes on the miles , the quality, the altitute, just slow runs, progressions ,tempos, what ,how many?
Its no just throsing miles if you want to compete, If you are a hobby jogger, then just put more slow jogging miles until you feel you hadenough...
