Registration starts May 1 for all of you Falmouth devotees....
The SBLI Falmouth Road Race committee has decided to conduct registration for the 2005 race online. Registration will be open from 6 a.m. EST, May 1 until 10 p.m. EST on May 9. Anyone interested in applying for a race number should visit the race web site:
, during the above time period and follow the online instructions.
Those who were Friends, Patrons, Benefactors, fund-raisers or sponsor entries should contact the race committee, the fund-raising group or the sponsor from last year.
Except for Falmouth taxpayers and year-round residents, everyone who registers by the May 9 deadline will be entered into the lottery, which will be held at the end of May.
Falmouth taxpayers and year-round residents are exempt from the lottery if they enter by the deadline and follow the instructions on the registration site.
Multiple entries for the same person are not permitted. All such entries will be rejected with no refunds.
All runners will be notified by e-mail after the lottery whether or not they have been accepted. The entry fee will be $32.
