This thread is amazing. It's really kind of fascinating how the same activity has totally different meaning. I was aware of it to some degree by living in Baltimore. A row home near the water here might cost $500,000. The same type home in the ghetto was described by a friend who saw it as he was on the train from NY as "worse than a 3rd world country.
